Alex Weinstein
Cofounder
Alex earned his BS at Tufts University in Applied Environmental Science. For 5 years, Alex lead, built, and drove growth at THR. He is now a Environmental Commodities Broker and Business Development Associate.
Alex enjoys surfing, hiking, beach days, and spending time in the northwest woods with his dog Obi.
Jake Weinstein
Cofounder
Jake Weinstein earned his BS in Economics and Environmental Studies at Tufts University. For 5 years, Jake managed corporate taxes, profit optimization, and overall financial health of the company. He is now and Environmental Commodities Trader.
Jake loves surfing with his brothers and long walks in East Hampton's Northwest woods with his dog Atlas.

Luke Weinstein

Luke earned his BS at Tufts alongside his brothers in Environmental Studies and International Relations. For 5 years, Luke managed daily operations, business development, and oversaw outreach at THR. He is now an Environmental Commodities Trader.
Luke can be found enjoying an evening round of golf or surfing with his brothers and friends.

Ethan Isenman
Manager and Vice-President
Ethan Isenman is the Vice-President of The Hamptons Runner. He leads customer service, daily logistics, and business development at THR. Previously he has advised small businesses and start-ups in Israel through the TAMID group. Ethan, also a graduate of Tufts University, is pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
Ethan enjoys playing guitar and piano almost as much as we enjoy listening.

Kai Parcher-Charles
Director of Media, Senior Runner
Kai Parcher-Charles has been an integral part of the Runner team since its inception. He is professional, reliable, and brings valuable insight to our service offerings. Kai attended high school at the Ross School before taking a gap year to pursue film and photography projects. He is now studying photography at Bard University. Kai draws on his comprehensive knowledge of the Hamptons locale to elevate client experience.
In his time off, Kai can be found behind the lens of his 35mm film camera.
Garrett Pilgrim
Senior Runner
Garrett Pilgrim has been an integral part of the runner team since 2018 and we are excited to welcome him back for his third summer. Garrett is from Rhode Island and attended the Wheeler School in Providence K-12. He is also a rising Junior at Colorado College. Previously, Garrett has helped manage personnel at Murdock Webbing Co and draws on this experience often in the field. Garrett is trustworthy, efficient, and detail oriented.
Garrett can often be found snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado between his studies.

Alex Lawson
Runner
Alex Lawson is returning for his second season with THR. He is professional, responsible, and easygoing. Alex was born and raised in Sag Harbor, attending the Ross School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Film Production at Northeastern University. He has experience as a creative video intern at Wayfair, water sports instructor, and event service specialist with THR.
Alex can be found surfing and creating photo/video projects on his days off.

Julia Gaare
Runner
Julia Gaare, another Long Island local, is new to the Runner team this season and we are excited to have her onboard. Julia grew up in Babylon, NY and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of Business. In addition, Julia works as an undergraduate research assistant a the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and has extensive lifeguarding and babysitting experience.
Julia enjoys her free time playing lacrosse and mentoring kids in West Philadelphia.
Aidan Friedsam
Runner
Aidan Friedsam, our senior staff Lifeguard, is returning for his second season with The Hamptons Runner. He is from New York City and enjoys summers in the Hamptons with his family. Aiden, a rising Senior, is a tri-sport athlete at Riverdale Country School playing on the Varsity Football, Swim, and Lacrosse teams. Aiden is great with kids and focuses on water safety working as a Lifeguard at Camp Takajo, Camp Hayground, and with The Hamptons Runner.
Aiden loves building and fixing things in his free time.

Sam Resetarits
Photographer, Senior Runner
Sam Resetarits of Salt Lake City Utah is the Director of Media at The Hamptons Runner. In his new role, Sam draws on his experience in the field to create authentic visual content for the company. As a rising Junior, he studies film and photography at Ithaca College. Sam also executes services in the field as a Runner.
Sam enjoy his free time hiking, road biking, and photographing the world around him.
Alex Ackerman
Senior Runner
Alex Ackerman is returning for his third season with The Hamptons Runner. He specializes in leading event service teams at THR. Alex was born and raised in Boston and attended the Belmont Hill School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Alex also is an experienced camp counselor, facilitator for an experiential education program, and co-founder a lifestyle clothing brand.
Alex enjoys surfing, playing music, and hiking with his friends.

Isa Berardo
Runner
We are excited to welcome Isa Berardo to the Runner team for the 2020 season. Isa grew up in Santa Cruz, California, recently graduating from Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Feminist Studies. Isa is also a Scholar all-American and 1st Team All-West Goalkeeper on the Pomona-Pitzer Soccer Team. In addition, Isa has prior experience in athletic coaching, student coordination, and bartending/barista service.
Isa loves to hike, paint, and play the guitar in their free time.
